Abstract:
The temperature dependence of conductivity, enthalpy and 7Li spin-lattice relaxation time for Li5TiN3 and Li5SiN3, have been measured at temperature range of 300 – 850 K. The migration and formation energy of lithium defects have been estimated. Also the conductivity of Li9TiN3O2, Li9SiN3O2 have been measured and the activation energies of the conduction have been obtained.
