Electrical conductivity

Electrical conductivity and thermal coefficient of linear expansion Y1-XCAXCR1-YCUYO3-D (X = 0.2 and 0.3; Y = 0.05–0.3)

The phase composition, thermal coefficient of linear expansion and electrical conductivity of Y1-xСaxСг1-yСиуО3-b (х-=0.2 and 0.3; y = 0.05-0.3) are investigated at air in the temperature range 100—1000°C. The thermal coefficient of linear expansion are in range of (9.8—11.5).10-6-4deg-1. The TCLE of some composition close to TCLE of solid electrolyte based on zirconium dioxide. The maximum conductivity is achieved for composition: Y0.8Ca0.2Cr0.9Cu0.1)3-b and Y0.7Ca0,3Cr0.85Cu0.15O3-b at substitution of chromium for copper.

Physical and chemical properties of lithium perchlorate and tetrafluoroborate solutions in the mixture of sulpholane and sulfurous anhydride

The temperature dependencies of physical and chemical properties (viscosity, density, electrical conductivity) and the melting temperature of 1M solutions of lithium salts (LiClO4 and LiBF4) in the mixture of sulfolane and sulfurous anhydride (∼1M) were studied.

Investigation of transport in ternary lithium nitrides Li5TiN3, Li5SiN3 and oxynitrides Li9TiN3O2, Li9SiN3O2

The temperature dependence of conductivity, enthalpy and 7Li spin-lattice relaxation time for Li5TiN3 and Li5SiN3, have been measured at temperature range of 300 – 850 K. The migration and formation energy of lithium defects have been estimated. Also the conductivity of Li9TiN3O2, Li9SiN3O2 have been measured and the activation energies of the conduction have been obtained.
