The enterprises of the Atomic Power Ministry, Ministry of Defence, YeES Rossii Corp., Gasprom Corp., ZhD Rossii Corp., regional (municipal) power systems, communication services, transport, metro, heavy and medium engineering works are the main consumers of this kind of power sources.
